WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? Our home office is located in Cumming, GA. However, we travel all over North Metro Atlanta and downtown for photo shoots!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK? We recommend booking early to secure the availability of the photographer you want, as well as to ensure plenty of date options. We typically book 2-3 months in advance, and fill up our schedule rather quickly at the beginning of each season.
DO I GET TO CHOOSE MY PHOTOGRAPHER? You can always indicate your preference when you inquire. However, both Tiffany and Makenzie photograph in the same style and carry the same high standards for all portrait shoots. Most of our seniors book by what works best for their schedule and we'll let you know which photographer you are scheduled with when you book. On occasion, we shoot together.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? Most of our clients pay securely online with credit/debit cards, but we do also accept checks and cash. Checks must clear the bank before any session can take place.
DO YOU OFFER MINI-SESSIONS OR SMALLER COLLECTIONS FOR PEOPLE WHO ONLY WANT A FEW IMAGES? We do not offer mini sessions to our teen and senior clients. We understand through years of experience and expertise that a complete session with us involves careful planning, professional styling, and adequate time in front of the camera to get warmed up. Generally speaking, we like to say the first half hour (or more) is about breaking the ice and teaching about posing, expression, how to stay relaxed and be yourself, etc. We are not going to rush you, nor do we want the time constraint of trying to "fit in" photos before your time runs out. Anything less than our complete process is missing the mark, and we commit to only giving our clients the very best.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS? Yes, we do! We want you to have the experience of a lifetime and the perfect keepsakes to match it, and we are honored to help you pre-plan your finances so that you can get exactly what you want. Please be sure to bring this up at the time of booking and we can help you plan it out. For example, if you know you want to order a larger digital collection or products, you can make payments so that by the time your session is delivered, your investment is paid off! This is one of the great benefits of booking early!
NOTE: The session fee covers professional hair and makeup, our time, and a digital collection only. It is a separate cost for our larger digital and portrait collections.
WHAT TIME OF DAY DO YOU SHOOT AND HOW LONG IS THE SESSION? Portrait sessions typically start 4.5 hours before sunset: 1.5 hours for hair and makeup, and 3 hours for photographing and traveling. Headshot, commercial, and fashion shoots will vary in time. In the Summer time when evenings are very hot (hello, Southeast!) we offer sunrise sessions as well.
IF I WANT TO ADD HAIR STYLE CHANGES TO MY PHOTO SHOOT EXPERIENCE, HOW DO I DO THAT? Simply let us know during booking or pre-session consultation that you would like a hairstyle change during your shoot, and we can book Ashlenn. The styling upgrade ranges from $45-$85, depending on shooting location.
HOW MANY OUTFITS DO WE BRING? WHERE DO WE GO FOR OUR PHOTO SHOOT? We can talk about all of those details during our pre-session consult!
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU TAKE AND HOW MANY DO WE GET IN OUR GALLERY? We take hundreds of photos during each shoot, but our final client galleries typically average 20-25 images per outfit. We love to capture movement, so we take many photos to get the perfect capture. You don’t need or want photos of your eyes in mid-bink or that awkward half smile. We only want to show you off at your best, and our discerning clients know that it’s about quality over quantity.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? Our turnaround time from your photoshoot to the delivery of a digital gallery is typically around 2 weeks. Products are typically delivered 2-3 weeks after the ordering session.
